- 40 ml acerola juice (alternatively, you can use 0.5 g acerola powder)
- 50 g banana
- 25 g gooseberries
- 20 g lemon (it’s best to remove seeds)
- 4 g ginger
- 10 g honey

Preparation
method
- Add the orange juice to the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Blend everything on high speed for about 1 minute.
- Pour the finished smoothie into a cup.

You can also prepare Strong Smoothie in a cold version using frozen bananas and frozen currants.
How to do it?
1. Peel the banana and cut off both ends. Place the fruit in a special freezer bag or container. Additionally, you can slice the frozen banana into 3 cm slices. Then, put the entire container in the freezer.
