- 250 ml of natural yogurt
- 250 g fresh strawberries for the marshmallow
- 250 g fresh strawberries for the mousse
- 15 g gelatin
- 30 g xylitol
- 70 ml hot water

Marshmallow:
- Blend strawberries in a blender to a smooth paste.
- Add natural yogurt and xylitol and blend again.
- Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.

How to freeze a pumpkin?
